- Reason / Evidence: Captain_Price was in possession of multiple illegal items as well as multiple unlicensed weapons as a SWAT officer. Upon his subsequent arrest, he fled into a nearby base to escape punishment. When confronted, he murdered the arresting officer. In addition, he assisted his own arrest which is FailRP.
