Reason / Evidence: I know this isn't supposed to be a police demotion but I have no clue where the police ban thing is so I'm doing it on here so my friend (keon) has a clip of buildabear talking about charges and he wasn't in any arrest kidnap or anything so we think he is corrupt and he needs a police ban. Also he arrested me for unpaidx1 and I followed and was arrested he didn't remove the ticket and he didn't give food
