- Reason / Evidence: This over was observed recklessly driving and even had the thought of stealing a citizen's vehicle with a prohibited item! Not even a few seconds after he was recorded recklessly driving, he then got arrest for illegal items and then fled the scene with someone in a vehicle which he evaded the arrest as an officer. He then got warranted for it, broke out of cuffs when he got arrested again and pulled out a firearm and a police shooting occured.
