Honestly mayor’s salary is THEIR Money not everyone that's why we have a separate bank called a Town Balance.

EDIT:Mayor should be minister/governor instead of mayor but if you want assistance as governor then you a point mayors for cities,Canada goes for Prime minister then minister,US goes for president then governor.PEI Should have minister while Washington should have Governor.
