Disclaimer, this is just an Idea.
The town bank starts out with 200k
Taxes are set from 1-10%
The mayor or any other player can donate to the fund with nothing in return.
If the town bank falls below 50k taxes would be instantly set to 10%
This is the debatable part.
Normal Police or SWAT would keep getting paid at thhe current rates without touching the town balance.
But we would include a group of registered Police, these guys would get 1k an hour out of the bank.
Higher Police Ranks would get a bit more out of the bank. But all Registered Police and Higher Ranked Police would get an additional 4k an hour NOT out of the bank. So the base pay would be 5k/ hour or 40k for "Policing" 8 hours, or 200k for 40 hours.
The mayor could request 0-10k from the Town's Bank as well but it would have to be approved by RP Admins to avoid corruption.
EMTS/Doctors will be covered in a different idea.
Any other role like lawyers that work for the state would also get payed by the Town's Bank.
Transferring Money would be 1% static or maybe 0%.
Only the shop (/buy and /sell) would be effected by the 1-10% Taxes.
Bamboo per hour given by roles would NOT be taxed.
If a player robbed the bank, they would get 0.5% per 5 minutes of holding the place, up to 5%
If the bank had 200k in it, 0.5% would be 1k
5% would be 10k
If a successful robbery happened, and they got up to 10k, the bank would be unrobable for 30 minutes. If it was failed, 10 mins. The bank cannot be robbed if less then 5 police are on.
Ideally, Cops would get money for killing the robbers inside of the bank, and every cop would get a set amount (5k) for successfully defending it.
