I noticed that the pandahut 13 server had a drug mod so I tried to make some drugs but I was only able to make LSD and I was very sad that I couldn't make weed or meth. I think someone should try to fix this problem so people can make drugs and be drug dealers.

The drug dealer role exists for this purpose. Normal civilians usually don't know how to make meth or grow weed in real life. Once they do, they might deal those drugs that they grew/made; thus making a drug dealer.
