Sources within the PSD have informed me that contrary to what they tell the ordinary citizens, their budget is at risk and is extremely low for the group to function.

Higher ups in the PSD have urged their members to raise money in whatever way they can. I have been informed that some members have even been instructed to go rogue as hitmen to execute innocent civilians to fund this group.

The PSD will argue that they are fighting crime with crime but I argue that these methods must not be used to achieve more money for the group.

Duke OPPOSES COMPLETELY this practice and would not tolerate it as mayor. Police shall not be funded by criminal activities; we will earn the money legitimately

2 things dont fit in that. How is the word "criticizing" and the percentage "100%" in the same bloody sentence. If you support it 100%, then you have nothing against it, or deem nothing wrong with it. Then the word criticizing. Uhrgh. But that out of the way, PSD isnt exactly an independent police group, You, as mayor, are leader of the entire police force, no matter if they work independently. If they work independently, they work between themselves, not throughout the entire police force. But you still control them, as the leader of the police. If the mayor of a city leaves alone a certain squadrent of the police, what are they to do?
