As Knight said, I'll make a bridge, so that its in the water. Sort of like its own island. Although the only rule I ask for from the mayor is that no raiding is allowed in Town. It will have street-lights, cage-lights, and generators that will be constantly on. If a player notices a generator running low, they're expected to buy a gas can (Any rank can do this) And refil it. I will also put out a list of rules and laws if the Mayor sees fit to release this idea to the public.
