Hi everyone,
So, I have been going by the name Funk/FunkMasterFlex for almost all my time on the server, and I have been on the server for a long time, but not as long as I thought. So I was on the Pandahut Teamspeak in George's Channel, then a guy named FunkMasterFlex1 gets on the ts. He pokes Hazzaah to move him to the channel thinking it was me, soon after he got moved into the channel, I said, "Umm, who are you?" he replied, "I'm the guy you stole your name from." then it went on, with me not having a clue who he was. Then Hazzaah bans him from the Teamspeak for 10 minutes for "Impersonating Staff" after 10 minutes, he comes back and goes into "Jine's Cathedral" (At the time Hell0, EliteJuanSnipperino, and Possum are in. Hell0, being suspicious, proceeds to quiz him on the old FunkmasterFlex (Himself, that I never knew existed and Hell0 apparently thought I was the whole time) once Hell0 is convinced it is him, he moves me to the channel they are in, once I was moved, I was harrassed by the people in their channel for: Being retarded, Impersonating, Lying, etc.
Then, I get my TeamSpeak Channels taken away for absolutely no reason. Part of this is a complaint, part of it is an apology.
Before all this happened, I honestly never knew that there was another player named FunkMasterFlex until the incident.
I would like to apologize to everyone that may have confused me with the old FunkMasterFlex.
I would expecially like to apologize to the other FunkMasterFlex, Tbh I had never even heard of you until this, but, I do not appreciate you saying that since I don't have a mic, I am a "Retard"

I know it seems fishy, but apparently this guy is one of the original players on the server, and has been inactive for quite a while, I live in New York, and have seen FunkMasterFlex in person. I liked his name, so I used it.

Whether or not they thought you stole his name, nobody has the right to harass another living, thinking, human. Trust me, this is coming from a guy who often found himself bullied to the point of having some fat kid with one foot on my head actively trying to crush my skull. Harassment in my eyes is more than enough for a ban if it mentions your mental state. There is literally no fucking reason for this. They could have moved you, asked for an explanation, and when you acted confused, explain who the original FunkMasterFlex was and now is, I am sure you would have apologized. They took it too far and it would be a sick waste of admin powers if nothing was done to these pathetic people. Time does not equal respect, actions do, and these actions cause the total loss of any respect I have for this "Original" FunkMaster.

Like I said time does not equal respect, actions do. Time equals experience, and obviously this man/woman knew the rules and so did the other Hecklers, so what does it tell us that a bunch of loyal players who knew the rules all collectively decided to abuse them?

If there is not a rule against harassment on the TeamSpeak (I know there is) Then one needs to be added. To let this slide is gross negligence on any admins part. Looking at you Mushy. Although even with the brief contact I have had with Mushy, I know something will be done about this.

The problem with not doing something it is shows these fuckers that they can bully and get away with it. Now I am not saying you are ranting, but I myself am furious. I was often bullied for a "lack" of intelligence as a child, harassed in front of my teachers. It pisses me off when this stuff happens like this. Now if it was an admin, he needs to lose his/her rank imediatly, nobody should know the rules better than an admin and harassment is illegal on ts and the servers. Either way, I am pulling out of this conversation while I can, I put my thoughts in and I need to leave room for others to add theirs. Good luck sir.

I personally am not too mad about you having the same name as the other FunkMasterFlex, but before it was FunkMasterFlex your name was "$atanic Panic" and also "✪Paradox" And when I asked you over steam, you denied it literally 6 or 7 times. Then even when I had the proof on hand, you continued to deny it. It's not the fact that he supposedly did not know who the older funk was, But 1 - it's fairly weird that he had changed to the same name as the older funk?, With that i'm sure someone would have remembered about the old funk and asked if that was you or not?. You can't blame people for being furious because the reason this funk got trial mod etc and made so many friends is because they all believed he was the older funk, the funk that had returned to play Unturned. It's also not good to go around swearing at the staff of Pandahut. People react to things their own way, How do you think the people you are calling pathetic and a fucker reacted to giving this funk a +1 etc, thinking it was the old funk when it was not?.
And from what Jay has said, you changing to funk and denying 6-7 times, that's fairly weird and coincidental.
