Just do /adminhelp or take evidence of him destroying the crops and you would get refunded.
You would probally get more out of that then killing him ^^

TBH I was shocked when I read that rule as well, you could just place some crops in the middle of the city then camp them with a shotgun.

Well, obviously, you still need to use common sense. If you left your car unlocked in the middle of the road and camped it with a shotgun, that would count as Fail RP since you know you have your car unlocked. You're purposefully choosing to bait players and kill them once they start driving off. It's the same concept with farming, except that you can't kill them if they destroyed your crops since it's not even in a base. Also, when you kill the player, you're doing it to stop them from destroying all your crops as fast as possible. It does make sense to kill the player since even if you got evidence, a lot of times it could just be that you got evidence of only part of your crops getting destroyed. If that's the case you might only get refunded for the crops that were caught in the evidence.
