Only works during an arrest when you have already jailed a player
If you haven't jailed the person you can get banned for failrp and wasting the person's time

The message from the arrest will transfer to the bail during the arrest]
EX.

In a multi-officer arrest, who would get to /setbail?
What if the first officer did a /arrestvoer
What if an officer assists at the last second, then sets bail themselves?
