So I built 2 bases and a shop on Washington RP, easily spending 12h plus gathering scrap etc. for each base. I go off for 3h and it's been raided? Kinda annoyed seeing 12h of work go down the drain. I was just wondering if there are rules regarding raiding, where the base you're raiding, do the owner's have to be online? If not I would love to see this rule implemented. As I stated before I had easily spent 12h on making each base/shop and during that whole time no one tried to raid me and yet I go off for 3h and it's raided? Seems like people just wait for you to go offline as you can't defend it and the police are useless and rarely defend people's bases. So I was hoping a rule could be implemented where you have to be online (or at least one occupant of your structure). You would have to CLEARLY state who occupies the structure with a sign/flag. Just giving my two cents about this as it's incredibly annoying.

Raids
Raids have a 30-minute cooldown timer before performing another raid.
IMPORTANT: You must wait 3 days before raiding the same base. This also counts for groups! Even if one person in your group raided a base, the entire group CANNOT raid for 3 days!
The raid cooldown is initiated AFTER the raid is over.
In order to raid a base, you must warn the base owners in global chat. Eg. "Raiding a base in seattle! Once I get in I can KOS!". Only then you may go inside the base and raid it.
If the warning is not given in chat, it will count as KOS!
All players participating in the raid must also announce the same warning in chat!
If ALL the players participating in the rain have died, the raid is considered OVER. No raid members may go back to the raid if they have all died. If breaking this rule, it will count as a KOS!
You CANNOT place a bed near the base you're raiding, as that goes against the rule above.
While raiding a base, if you find a player in the base, you may kill them. Once you have destroyed their beds, the owners of the base CANNOT come back and the raid is considered OVER.
ONLY the following roles may call a raid:
Armorsmith
Bandit
Chef
Constructor
Fisherman
Hitman
Kidnapper
Mechanic
Explosives Expert

Nah, whats there is there. You could make a post under the suggestion forums offering your ideas there to change or add rules.
