What the hell is going on in the staff community??? Back then when I was staffing around there was never any disrespect in the community. All trial mods were welcome and were taught how to moderate properly. This is silly

This newer staff team is full of younger kids now. Back in the days it had older and more mature people who knew how to be mature.
