maybe have some sort of sub-form to request to get a place regioned and why you think it improves the RP experience for everyone. this would be for if people make jails, public places, ect... and don't want to have it raided. There would be some rules for getting your structure regioned such as not being allowed to store any loot in a the building (with exceptions like senturies and decorations).
