3. Police should not use or carry a rocket launcher or Hell's fury UNLESS you are responding to a police raid!

Make parking on the street or sidewalk illegal and cars parked there can be blown up by anyone as long as they do warnings

Orange, this is a bad idea because if they're parked on the road, they get blown up. If they're parked on the sidewalk ( the only other place to park your car), it gets blown up?

Thats why you park completely off the road, parking on the sidewalk forces players to walk in the road

in most places in alberton these places will be already taken or blocked off by something like a dumpster
