I think Panda hut shows make police apps can be accepted by admins,Captains,and mayors Mostly Because there's good police who get mass -1 just because they don't want to get raided NOTE: Inactive captains can not help.In a sense Mayor and his captains pick of the person gets the rank And the mayor Says weather or no Just like Head Admins and admins deciding to accept a mod app.

Captains and mayors could easily be biased or abuse that system. Some may not even know how to accept an application and may just decline an app that should be accepted, or vise versa. Don’t say “well demote them then” because that just wastes the staff’s time. Leave it to the people to vote and the admins to accept/decline. The systems been working out for 2 years now. If your point is for them to be accepted fast make a suggestion for one of the RP admins to be active in accepting and declining apps. But this is my opinion of course...
