Dr. Gun, if you were playing on a Roleplay server, then you do not get the two perma guns. Those can only be used on PvP servers.

If you were on a PvP server (1 to 9 and 14) and still didn't have your weapons, please let me know your Steam profile URL or SteamdID64, or add me on steam http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197969119004.

This should be mentioned directly on the In-Game Ranks page where potential buyers get this bit of information before buying.

doing /kits shows the kits that you are allowed to access, did you get a receipt from PayPal when you made your purchase? also did you put in the correct SteamID64? And lastly did you get the rank MVP +, as in when you type, is your name red?

i cant put my signature as 10 pages anymore, rip
