I found a little Steam Status image that updates every 15 minutes.
Some people have already put it in their signature.
You can go Here
Select "Status" and put in your steam link or steamid. (ex. http://www.steamcommunity.com/id/(YourCustomProfileURL) or http://www.steamcommunity.com/profiles/(Your Steamid64) or something like (76561197969119004)
Then you copy the BBCODE and put it in your signature, you can keep the add friend part or not.
The same website also supports groups.
