Would you guys prefer for Police Captains to have the Captain hat, while Chiefs and Deputies get the Coalition Cap? They could all have different hats too if we just find one more suitable, official-looking hat/cap.

Coalition Helmets should not be a part of the kit, but available for purchase by all high-ranking police. Vests should be a part of the kit.
