I, myself was present when he said, he was hacking, and he meant it, as I was in a group with him at the time to see what he was really like as a person. I instantly went to the forums, but it turned out he had already been reported for it by another player, honestly, I don't believe he should be allowed back.
+1 to Danzeman's statement,Yo dude, first of all why win the respect of anyone? That's one of the best things you could do, if it was actually achieveable. But it is not. What people understand by respect here, not all but most of them, is a twisted version of some form of liking or sympathy. The understanding of the word respect is not when you are acting cool, or just earning the favor by doing this and that, or doing certain activities and exhibiting a certain behaviour that other people enjoy to have around them. Respect is totally different, it is when you earn the trust of someone and when you make them admire you, look forward to greeting you or simply hanging around with you. You ain't never gonna earn much respect here because more or less each individual comes with a friend or two, or alone, they all seek to gain more than give and they don't particularly make friends just like that or give away their respect, they are here to use everything. You shouldn't try to convince people to respect you, your own actions will do that on their own in time, if what you are doing is right.Death, from what I know King was never actually asked to leave the community, he offered to and was then told he should try and quietly gain back trust. From what I have heard he then started hacking which is a perm ban from the community for really disrespecting the community as a whole.
As you said, if you abused your position of a moderator, I would rather complain against you, show proof and so on, and have you demodded, rather than tell you to leave this community, because in my opinion that should never be told. You will find people that will respect you, and you will respect them in return, unless you already have such people. I have earned the respect of Bravo, Killgore, Nope and perhaps other players which I am unaware of, and I respect the said people equally, if not more, but why not be alone? Have you ever asked yourself that? You said many people told you to get off the community, yet what makes them worthy of staying in it? If you dont correct yourself right here and right now your departure for another community wont prove any better. You might get the same responses there as well. I show you respect, you have done me no harm and I have given you trust for a start, get better and reform yourself if you with the community wants to think positively of you. Stay and change my friend, my personal advice for you would be to not try to earn the respect and liking of the community, but the people you like and respect.
As for the people starting the conversation off topic, I suggest yout take that elsewhere, because all of you right now are disrepecting this person's topic highly, take a good look at yourselves and don't talk about respect again.
Buddy, personally don't even give a shit about who likes you or not, think about morals. Have them and do what is right. Be honest, stand up and back down when you have to. If you, for yourself know that what you have done and what you have said is the right thing, don't care what anyone else does and says or thinks after that, not everyone deserves respect in here and certainly not those who have told you to go away.

Jeremiah 10:23 I know, O LORD, that the way of man is not in himself, that it is not in man who walks to direct his steps.
