INTRODUCTION:

Now you may be asking why I am doing a pre-run for mayor and the answer is very
simple. It is to be proactive and not reactive. The majority of all the previous mayors would make a law and then wait to see if the public likes it. This is risky and inefficient. Instead of this, I promise to allow both my advisors and citizens to vote on everything that will be implemented. The other huge reason is that at least 80% of all previous mayors don’t manage their time well in office. I have seen some only do weekly meetings. Thats only 3 meetings for the entire month! I have also seen mayors just plain stop with a good week left of his/her term. I promise to serve my entire term and continue to help out after or if I’m not elected.

NOW TO EVERYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED:

How government money is given out - This is definitely a much needed fix as nobody has any clue on how much money is being brought in AND is being dished out in a completely unethical manner. The new system will publicly post Washington’s financial situation and will be updated at least once a week if not twice for all the citizens to see where there money is going. The second part will to split the budget into percentages instead of completely random numbers. 50% of the tax money will go to the police force. 20% will go to all of my advisors/government workers. 20% twards shop funding. %10 to miscellaneous (use will be stated in financial updates and will go twards police and shop funding if not used.

Police overhaul - There will be one main government funded police group that will be lead by 3 police advisors who are captains and/or have previously ran a police group. There will be an easy application to fill out as all officers are welcome (will be used to add to steam group/discord and prevent people who want to be corrupt) All officers will be trained and will only be demoted if they are holding back the police force. ex: corruption, refusal to work with others, bullying/harassing, ect...

Business funding - again, another broken yet key part in running a business The first part of fixing it is to make sure the business has been around for at least 2 days before reciving funds. This will stop people who are asking for money abd recive it but never follow through with it. The second part would be to deside how much bamboo to fund to the business. It will be 2000 to 10000 bamboo with 2000 being an unnecessary buisness that doesn’t contribute to rp and 10000 being a business that has hired workers and adds/improves a key part of role playing. Money will be provided by the shop funding advisor and/or financial advisor.

No more homeless shelter/parking lot/ect... - Lots of mayors try to improve their server by building a homeless shelter or generators. The main problem it that your paying an insanely high price for what you receive. The build costs are high and barely anyone benefits from these services. For those reasons I am not going to waste bamboo on them.

EXTRA:

You can still run your own police force but it will not be funded.

You may receive business funding for building a homeless shelter/ generators but will not cover the entire cost.

These are all the main plans for me to accomplish and i have a bunch of other smaller problems that I will announce at a later date.

It still takes time to set up the government and prepare to start making laws which can take a good part of the first week and then mayors start wrapping it up at the end of the month. This results in only around 3 meetings.

I also want to say that I am not aiming any of the things that I have stated at any specific mayor(s) as they all of them are extremely talented. There is just a better way to do things.

Tbh, i wouldnt suggest Orange to be the best mayor... I personally have never seen you as any law enforcement role, you try to defy all arrests, and you are sort of a minge.

First off about law enforcement:

I have had some experience as an officer both individually and in the old PSD ran by Klockman. All my plans are based on those of Klockman (The god of PH police but has retired) and Miu (police captain/supermod that openly expressed all the problems with with police and has since retired.) I also have seen a couple posts on the fourms regarding issues with police and keeping me up to date. All desitions from me and my advisors will be polled for the public to decide.

I have also made drastic changes to the way I have acted this past month which can be proven by not having any bans in the past month besides a completely biased ban. Hopefully people can now see that I have matured.
