Pandahut should make a new rule to use /raid command to raid one room in apartments and hotels as the different people own each flat so it is kinda unfair raid because more than 1 person owns that building. In case of hotels build by players this just ruins the hotel , after putting so much effort in making a hotel and getting so many customers all rooms get raided in single raid , its really annoying and in most case the owner just quite's from rp after putting so much hard work in the hotel.

If this rule is implied it would make rp more better and real. Eg. Hotels can be made in rp and it wont disappear after 1 raid , the owner can still keep running the business as he can repair damage done to one room.

I really hope this rule gets implied.

Edit : By apartments i meant server made apartments not human made.

Not a good idea. Max base size is 4x4x3 which I personally think is not enough for a hotel. (With the exception of getting a permit from the mayor or an admin to make it bigger).

I like that when there is an airspace in between 2 apartments on the ground for example. PLUS what if you use a rocked to blow up a wall when they are connected as u said in ur idea above?? What will happen to the apartment next to it? U may blow up a locker or maybe a crate inside of that and then what? Get banned for false raid on the other apartment?? Nah man sorry.

I have to agree with Knight, I believe this is a great idea, as raiders are getting tons of loot from rooms in a hotel that players worked very hard for. If it were to be made one room raid, it would as Knight said, allow the Hotel to continue functioning and not be shutdown after 1 raid. If this is implied, Hotels would become popular, and newplayers would have a better place to stay. And No-one should be using a rocket-launcher to raid, too rare, and too expensive for ammo. Plus most people are too poor to afford them.

For the wall thing - you would have the raid on just 1 level of the base so you only have to worry about the floor/ceiling

For rocket launcher problem - go look at man made structures in populated areas and you can see that there is barely any space between them. Useing a rocket launcher on one of those bases and accidentally damage the base besides it would be false raid. I don’t see why there would be a difference. You would have to be really stupid to raid a base with a rocket launcher. You cant defend yourself from police, expensive as hell, and very inaccurate to where you could miss the vase completely unless your standing next to it and get blown up by the blast. I personally think that rocket launchers should be removed from both rp servers as the only thing it does is get players banned.

Just learn from Tiillo he got raided like that once and made a better apartment. He made 4-5 1x1x2 buildings like a floor lenth a part (not connected) and they had to be raided separately.

Let’s look at it like this. Since no one is,

If you can only raid one level/room in an apartment normal bases become irrelevant and people making apartments make huge amounts of money thus flowing our money into one set of people. Or we all live without a home and only carry limited stuff forcing people away from bandit.

Now that we see why that’s bad.

If we make it one level people will flow to a higher floor level or middle and thus making bottom floors irrelevant. If it was my choice and I could raid the full level I’d turn it into a sky base thus making it an illegal base. I have done this before to large bases and they get wrecked for that exact reason. All the people living in it lose their loot if it’s man made.

If it is one level one person raiding can take over the entire floor and make it their own if they clear every single object set by another person.

I was mainly talking about player made hotels not players made appartments , as apartments i was reffering to the town appartment alreadg made ones .
