Pretty sure the mayor only now gets what’s left in the town balance.

The mayors money that is taken from the townbalance is then removed at the end of the term. Along with a map wipe this means the mayor wouldn't gain an advantage over other players.

It was surprising how this used to work when it was on a month by month wipe, for the first 7 days it was kinda laggy but then for the rest of the month it was pretty good because there wasn't much point in building a base. Nobody complained because thats just how it worked

Just use /apay to rebuild. Its not that hard to build a police base, Especially if its regioned. All you need is a garage, gen room, beds, and jail cells. Mabye honeycomb it if its not regioned. I could get it done in 30 min.
