I feel like the section on modified demotion system is bullocks. The rules give power to certain ranks of officers to (with staff upholding the decision) call for demotions themselves.
Asking for video evidence is not really feasible. Not everyone owns a capture box, or has a computer able to pump out decent graphics AND run X-Split.

officers shouldn’t have to veiw the crime

In real life, they do not have a chat to look at if there are robberies etc.

Since nobody likes the laws on arresting / giving out kill warrents after a crime, they will be removed in the next lawbook update.

Video evidence is the most recommend way to give but other ways are fine. I need to turn demotions into an entire section in the lawbook.

Not following lawbook

Not responding to raids, kidnaps, robberies

Thankyou, all of this will go into the lawbook. I have decided to halt the process of the lawbook till after the election due to me and sneardea being very close.

You shouldn't halt the process of writing the rule book, since that is same as doubting yourself, and also worst case scenario you don't win you then you can go next month a even more complete set of rules to present to the citizens and also maybe due to the fact I only got forums recently but it would be nice to see all people running do something like this. Also it adds to the RP experience since it's not just the voting process but candidates actually letting people know who they are what their plans are in a formal way without any slander hopefully.

Don’t worry, I am just temporarily putting the lawbook on hold so I can prioritize advertising on the 8th.
