I’d rather it not come from the city’s bank account and instead just fine everyone on the server (227 bamboo when 22 players on) to make it a group effort for everyone to stop it.

I was playing at vanilla #20 server, when I saw 2 guys at the military base after I killed them few times getting their loot and stuff, They started to mic trash while I was inside my base, they used a lot of """""""Racist""""""" words, so I manage to answer them by calling them nigg as . As soon as I text this I got banned like literally for calling some1 nigg as, the thing is... they didnt get hurt by the word or """""racists""""" way I treat them, the thing is that they just wanted me banned for killim them so they inmideatly show up to and admin describing him a gigantic story totally """"""Racist""""" (a lots of " because its totally pathetic) a false story so the admin so kindly banned me knowing the false story as referent, totally rare they banned me for calling them a word that they would give a f*ck but they can talk a lot of shit against me on mic.....

No, it still could. It simply got buried under a bunch of other ideas that were more sensible to implement first. This idea needs some work still, as the money can't spawn from thin air. We have the Town Balance, but the Mayor can simply withdraw all funds at every chance he gets, thus making heists pointless. I think we need to work out where the Bamboo will come from, what if there are no police online, and a bunch of other possible scenarios you guys might think of as well.
