Kidnappers SHOULD NOT be allowed to put there hostage in a radiation zone. This is the opposite of RP. Please if you think otherwise name one real life situation where someone is being kidnapped and is put in a radiation zone. It gives police 5 mins to rescue them but most of the time it takes 5 mins to find the hostage. (Poll please)

True i got kidnapped once and it was just in a building in seattle and they gave people the time to rescue or pay. I also got kidnapped and put in a deadzone once and i didn't want to die so i payed the 2K my self only cause i knew i was going to die and people couldn't rescue me. So im on Stan his side.
