Part 1 of the plan is to incease punishment for everythign related to berries
I see you've put aside your "legalise berries" idea lmfao
What’s the time I mean just times the jail time per berry by 192 and oh. Going to be about 6hours
The only thing that effects your time in jail is if you have above or below 5 berries. Haveing 7 berries will be the same sentence as 70 berries because the chances are is that both of them would be selling berries. The law is set up for what your intentions are and not how many berries you have on you.

Hi, as leader of the one the various drug cartels in Washington which has announced publicly of our drug operations does that mean that officers who arrest one of my 12 members don't get as much money? It's interesting because then officers would be less encouraged to catch us.

You can always play the bail. These sentences are TEMPORARILY set due to Washington’s drug epidemic. The current laws don’t convince enough criminals to not buy, sell, and grow berries. One of the few ways ways to convince people to not participate in these extremely illegal operations is to raise the punishment.

No, officers are encouraged to target drug cartels over normall criminals as they make 250 bamboo more than what they would normally make.
