Orange Pal, sorry to say, but this "government crackdown on narcotics" is never going to work, these major cartels can easily stop selling for a day or two, then resume after everything settles down once more. Also, people could simply become bandits, and arrests would never work, and kill warrants would just keep the people with a warrant on them in bases selling narcotics, and possibly growing them. In January, the people will elect a new, better mayor, that will keep Washington safe and fun.

A) this is coming from a person who didn't know what arrogant meant, then proceeded to use it as an insult thinking it means selfish

To add on (just noticed this), where did he ever use rhetoric writing? Rhetoric writing is persuasive writing. A hyperbole is an exaggerated thing (Ex: This bag weighs a thousand tons! Ive seen this movie a billion times!) An example of rhetoric (ethos in this example) is when Taylor Swift starred in a Coca-Cola commercial. Because people saw that someone as popular as Taylor Swift was drinking a drink, they decided to drink that drink to. Same thing with the way that if a popular person in school decides to start a fashion trend, everyone following it is persuaded by their rhetoric.
