Hello guys. I'm Social Skillz, or Nikolam. I've decided to run as #10 Mayor. Why would I want to do this? Well, let me tell you.
I have alot of experience in law. In a group on another game I'm an sub-cabinet, or a deputy secretary of a department. That gets into alot of stuff, and I read alot of their law formats. I usually study their law formats and the way they type it.

Another thing, the current laws are far too harsh. I want to re-write most to be more appealing, and this isnt just a bonus for criminals. They can be facing tons of other things too. I got alot of stuff in mind that may help lower crime rate by a large amount.

Police! It's recommended by me you start +1ing police applications, since I'm going to be putting to great use those Chiefs, Deputies and Captains! I have alot of plans in mind for any LEO in Pandahut.

Another one too! I'm going to try and settle some disputes between #10 mayors and #13 mayors. I've noticed that usually #10 and #13 mayors dont get along, since they both run two different areas. Well, if I do get elected as mayor. And whoever #13 mayor is, I'll drop any conflict we had, take any blame, and hopefully settle any future arguments between the two mayors! I'm looking for a mayor partnership, where one mayor helps the other in need, and that mayor does the same.

Also, I'll be working to build my reputation back up from which I've lowered it! If we had any issues in the past, you can DM me at R_udy#6310 and I'll settle them right then and there, no matter the issue! I want to change and show Pandahut I have changed, and this is a good way to show that!
I know the people currently running, and this is what I have to say for them
Duke: You were a 4-term mayor in total, and the people don't think you should be running. But I don't think I have a good chance for running! You were a great mayor when I was playing, and reinstated a proper government! Can't wait to run with you!
Orange: Me and you got off on the wrong foot awhile ago, and we've had issues ever since. But I'm here to say I do deeply apologize for any issues made, and think me and you will become great friends! Your lawbook is great as current mayor, and I can't wait to run with you!
Voxil: Like the others, Me and you got off alittle on a forum post. But I do think you are in a great middle-ground here, knowing both Duke and Orange better than I do. I do think you have a great shot at getting mayor, and wish you the best of luck! Can't wait for elections!
I know that elections aren't that far away. But I do want to say my ideas now. If any of you have anything you want changed, or just wanna criticize me and tell me I'm wasting my life and time and should just drop my plans, let me know!

I'm mostly going to bring in more tickets and change some things with kill warrants. I also want to try to bring in Search Warrants, in which Deputies or Captains can call a search warrant on the base (when owner is online) and the owner has to let them inside the base for search. I know it'll be hard and weird, but it'll minimize the amount of drugs around Washington. I also want to bring down the Mafia's drug bases in any ways I can, whether it be bribes or other sorts of methods.
