It is stuck at 7069 since last night, and will not change

Is this on RP 10 or 13? If you run into an admin or moderator, ask them to change your role back to guest, so it resets your cooldown timer. If you are still having issues, please reply with the Server Number, your Steam ID or Steam Profile URL and we'll fix it for you.
