Hello citizens of PEI! As some of you may know I am running for Mayor of PEI! Now let me say two things, first I am working on a campaign video which will be released in a few days. Now, second I'd like to say this - I've never been Mayor or run for it before. I'm also not a high police rank such as captain or deputy. I'm your everyday cop on 13. I'm your average citizen. Which is why my laws are being designed for YOU citizen. So here's what my new laws/ policies will be!
1. INCREASE PSD AND PPD FUNDING As a member of PSD (however not PPD) I am going to be increasing the funding for PSD. I will be giving PSD more funding because I believe that PSD is more active on 13. I will be giving 150K to PSD (I've changed from my original registration) and 75K to PPD. I will be giving this money to the senior members of both groups. I will allow these to be spent on improvements to their stations and officers.
2. ATTEMPTING TO GET ANOTHER POLICE GROUP I've seen some candidates advertise this strategy and I believe it's a great one. Giving different police groups different areas. Now, of course I'm not suggesting that no PPD member would be allowed to step foot in Alberton, that'd be ridiculous. What I am thinking is police raid wise, sure there will be exceptions (PPD raids a drug house in Alberton) but here's how I'd like to distribute it. PSD will be given priority in Alberton as it has the station there. PPD will be given the northern part of the island (Stratford and Cape Rock) amd the third police group (which I will give funding to) will control Charlotte Town and below.
3.HOMELESS SHELTER As it comes right now, a large majority of people in PEI have no base. This should be changed. So, I will be opening a homeless shelter. This homeless shelter will include a community kitchen. I plan on hiring chefs which would be regularly stocking the fridges e.c.t with food.
4.TOUGH ON CRIME AND WAR ON DRUGS Right now PEI seems to be in a bit of a crime spree, my changes will increase the amount of time criminals will face in prison. For starters, I'll be making it so that each berries is 2:30 minutes. This will increase money for officers and restore order into PEI. I'll also be generously giving rewards to citizens and police officers who find
1) Bases run by drug cartels/gangs
2) Grow houses
3)Hidden Drug Cartels
5. Raid Insurance As it comes right now, raids are extremely PEI. This is true with shops and I'll be opening up raid insurance. There will be criteria to receive raid insurance. I'll be willing to give raid insurance more to shops than I am to bases but I will in some case give it to bases. The requirements of raid insurance are as follows
1) NO connections with any gangs or drug cartels
2) NO illegals
3) The maximum amount of money you make claim from raid insurance is 10k. If you run a big hotel ect then you may get more. IF THERE IS ANY EVIDENCE OF YOU ABUSING IT, FUNDING WILL BE TAKEN AWAY
6. WAR ON MAFIA As it comes right now, PEI's citizens are being harassed by two gangs - The RA and the Atrozzi family. Whilst the Atrozzi family is currently dying, I want to make it die and rip the life support cord. However the RA family is currently not active. They don't pump drugs however they do rob and raid. I will issue all police officers who think they know where a RA or Atrozzi Family's base a search warrant. This will prevent and slow down their operation.
7.WORKING WITH THE #10 MAYOR Despite the fact that I run a drug cartel on 10, I VOW to work with the Mayor of 10 no matter our background or arguments! This can be helped to destroy gangs which are both on 13 and 10, give funding if/when needed and the same vice versa.
8. FUND A COP PROGRAM When it comes down to it, a lot of police officers are in a bit of a pickle. Yes police officers get 200bb salary, the problem is that's not enough. Officers on the field are always being killed or not given enough money to buy the equipment you need. I will change this. I will be giving police officers who contact me money to buy their equipment. Lets say a cop's load out cost's 1K. I will give the officer 4K. This is so they can pay for their next deaths.
