Ok, so here's my verdict

You're the next Bush (the guy who did nothing on 9/11). I don't believe that you can handle the new rules of mayor because of your excessive bans. Now you have the mayor rules. Phantom during his term was banned himself for 3 days. Also I have only seen you when the servers are dead or at 6pm-2am est. Although if he can run a mafia he has a chance. Though there's one problem. You pretty much want to start a war on terrorism/criminals. Meaning that you want criminals to rob even more people. Here's a way to fix that, get more cops. And how do you get more cops? Increase our by 100 or 150. It's a fair deal because people want more money and you want proper law enforcement so it makes proper sense.
