First off the total amount of bamboo collected during the December term for Washington was around 315k. Secondly, I purposely made a large fluctuation in the min/max amount of bamboo to be spent on each thing. I put this out to give people a general idea on where the bamboo is being spent. Keep in mind that all the bamboo added up from the minimal amount is 185k.

The chances of this happening would be rare but If it ever did happen, the bamboo would be put twards another category listed.

Ive voted for Orange, and i wont again that easily.
