As said in the topic, i feel there should be a map rotation of some sort for #13 so it'd keep players interested in RP servers and keep them hooked onto it. I feel as if more players would be drawn to RP #13 if we have this implemented or have something related to it, RP #13 having the same map for months without any changes would end up getting boring or just make players not want to play on it as much. Any other ideas or an opinion is appreciated!

Basically like the Russia, Hawaii, Germany, Greece maps, rotated every now and then to keep things interesting, new and fresh.

Ok the maps you listed are no good for RP. So it leaves the maps Washington (in use), PEI (We have a better version) and Cyprus (bland).

Also it'll be too annoying having to find a new base location

Useless, if you want a different map you could've suggested of opening another RP server which I doubt that will happen.

i wanna try to get into map-making, ill see what i can make even though miku/mushy is 50x better than me, i'll try to make a different 100% RP map

It is not that complicated, unless you want to use the dev kit editor, which I would not recommend unless you need to use it for stuff like forcing water levels or making holes in the ground.
It is mostly just tedious and you've gotta sorta plan out what you are going to do ahead.
