Citizens of PEI! I, Mayor of Matt come bearing great news! That the Crips and Bloods are no longer a threat to you all!
The Crips and the Bloods were small gangs which plagued the beautiful island of PEI with gang wars and raids! I, Matt have come to tell you that these gangs are now harmless! Unlike the current Mafia problems in Washington, PEI is almost crime free and crime is now predicted to be at an all time low!
Sure the gangs are still around, the gangs are harmless! Hardly any of them are bandits, kidnappers, hitmen or drug lords! They now make no money of criminal activities!
