Lets be realistic, mabye only a 1/3 of the players use the forums and the majority of people who want to be police won’t go though all of thaf causing a huge shortage of police. There are still plenty of great officers and doesn’t really need change.

Would you rather have 50 terrible cops who got no clue what they're doing, or 25 amazing cops who are well trained and know everything there is to know?

This suggestion can't work with the current ranking system
Chief-->deputy-->captain

those ranks are not THAT hard to get, i've been a captain on both servers for more than a year(proves my point)

there should be atleast 3 more ranks so its an actual hirearchy for example

Sergeant
Lieutenant
Captain

Instead of filling an application, a high ranking RCMP member could have a command to invite a player into RCMP role and could be trained in-game instead of filling out an application since the majority of the people will not be bothered in filling out an application and rather do it physically in-game.
