I think this should be added, but another good part of it would for PSD to keep track of peoples records. (How many arrests or tickets they have on a spreadsheet), and the Court System to get introduced (i could set up the court system as its quite simple and i have some knowledge in it). So the court would only be able to assign the person either sentences over the limit of 30 minutes, or community service (logging, mining, being helpful to the community, ect).
This could then bring in more RP as there would be a Defendand and Prosecution amongst the officer and lawyer/prisoner. If the Judge accepts the sentence, the person can be imprisoned for more than 30 minutes.

The PSD is already working on a way to implement this. If there was a judge/lawyer then that would just be amazing for roleplay and criminal records.
