As it comes now, it is way too overpowered for criminals. If a criminal has a base, they're allowed to run into it and the arresting officers can't do anything. I think that a Police captain should be allowed to call a police raid if criminals evade arrest by running inside a base.

-1 that just means you have to balance it out to where if someone is kidnapping/robbing someone they get to raid their base too or just make it to where you can't go into regioned areas (PSD) and hide there until they call it off.

This is already the case. If anyone remembers from when Khaosius was around, he would do this all the time. If you hide in your base resisting arrest, they would police raid your base.

Police Raids can't be called on bases if a suspect hides in it yet.. which is what this post is for.

-1 i like it but i think you need to be more specific on what reasons you could break down the door on, Like if the person you are arresting have committed a serious crime etc
