As the current mayor/dictator of Washington, I have decided to spend a large portion of the funds in the treasury on police groups because without them Washington would be an anarchy. This is a post for police groups to apply for funding by the state.



RULES:

Application must be made by the member of the group who will accept the money.

Only police groups can make applications.

The application must be filled out completely or it will be tossed.

The PSD group (founded in on the 17th of May, 2017) has lasted longer than all of the other groups. Sure, the RPPD came first, but they died off. The PPD lasted for 2 months, with pretty much all of the members leaving. SSPF will die off soon, same with RPAF. My post was a a bit of a joke, but it is true that the #13 groups are better. The PSD has minimal conflict, especially with Batkat gone (sorry Bat, it's just too noticeable). But sure, give these groups funds. They'll be pocketed by the owner and then used to fund their drug farms when they go and switch.

I agree, you may as well give it to citizens after the Mafia destroys their base and shop. You're Mayor while gang violence is erupting over Washington and your option is the fund bad, struggling and small police groups? Yeah nah.
