To add onto Korven's idea, this is how it would ideally work.
All jail sentences over 10 minutes can be put up for trial.
A lawyer can do /case "ign" "money they'll work for (10k limit)
The arrestee can choose to /lawyer accept "ign" or /lawyer deny "ign"
They will then engage in a conversation with both the judge and the arrestee, and on 13 the arrestee will be taken to the courthouse
They will reach an agreement, and the jail time/bail will be lowered.

Now, while I do agree with your last part, I added the backpacks because the official tops and general tops are a 3x2 inventory, and the trouser pants have 4x3. That's nothing. The mayor has a dufflebag in his kit. Also, why did you include a toque in the lawyer kit?

I get that and i understand why you added the backpacks to increase inv space but i think it wont be a problem for the lawyer as i replaced it with a scarf, Although with the judge part i took away the travel-pack cause of the salery the judges probably wont need a back back and i think it would be fun if it was a bit more realistic.

I added the toque to the lawyer kit cause i thought it is a common civilian clothing set and i think that more roles need that type of clothing, A lawyer can have almost any clothes in the court but its not common of course! But i recommend the lawyers to take their toque off before the trial starts so the judge wont get mad

As for the idea for the Judge would be like the Current Mayor Election process but smaller, instead of Plastering VOTE ME FOR MAYOR on signs it would be a 2 Week Job, assigned to Random Extremely active Police Chiefs and Higher... Except my only problem with that is The PSD shouldn't Control this Role rather the Citizens should,Citizens should vote a Police Chief and higher to be the Judge for those 2 Weeks.

How the role can be used is if illegal groups (Matt's Mafia, twisted raiders etc) have a dedicated Lawyer, who is familiar with officers in the bigger groups (SSPF, PSD). This way the officers and the lawyer will know each other, speeding up the process and increasing the likelihood of a case coming to a positive end.

These roles would be either locked behind a donor rank or a time limit. Judging by your logic, we should give RCMP pool cues to fight RPG wielding bandits.

Okay. MVP+ Chef, Builder, salesman, CEO etc are all donor ranks but they don't come with guns. Why? They don't need them! Builders don't need guns neither do judges or lawyers. Also me saying they shouldn't have guns isn't saying give police bad weapons and bandits good weapons lmao.

Sorry im a bit late to the train, but here's your old dude from 2015 here about pandahut.
Back then, the lawyer role was an actual thing. IF you got arrested while a lawyer was on, you'd pay them 100 or something, they talk to the police, and they will let you out guaranteed if the lawyers knows his shit. The Judge role was going to be added, but Dutchy was the only person who got it. It didn't work out. They removed the lawyer role in (im pretty sure) 2016, and replaced it with CEO. Sadly, i cannot get evidence of the quote posted by Queenie <3 (OLD head rp admin) saying that YOU CAN BECOME CEO! CONTROL PEI! It honestly was only fun when it first started, cause every company wanted a CEO to make them some mons. Nowadays, you only ask for a ceo if you want decorating shit
