Think about this:

Take out a region on the PSD.
Criminal gets mad because he has been arrested many times.
Criminal raids the jail, for no logical reason, just for payback.
Police have to spend time to rebuild.

There is no point in having the region taken away, due to there being no reason you should raid the PSD besides breaking a friend out, which I bet will rarely happen.

Welp as stated before the title of this thread and the title of the poll is confusing so my no vote is pointed towards, keep it regioned. if its not regioned I think the police would lose much, because the police stations would be number one on criminals raid list. Also regioned PD's should only be used as a jail.
