Prince Edward Island Mayor Klockmann will not seek another term.
The much experienced RCMP Captain and Mayor, will not seek another term. Mayor Klockmann won the late-ballot-election, and can be proud said he fullfilled most of his promised, but he is not satisfied with his own connection and activity to the the citizens and the officers, as he had hoped for. Therefor, Mayor Klockmann will not seek for his 4th term, and can conclude he will continue as RCMP Captain, and give the Mayor's office key to PEI's new hope.

Klockmann's mission
Klockmann's main purpose is making and getting the organised police up and running. Klockmann couldn't do this, because it was allready doing it, under the leadership of Sheriff Yosepsh of PSD.
Klockmann appointed Yosepsh as Sheriff of PSD, before the elections. Klockmann quotes "The best decision ive made for PSD in a long time, was to give Yosepsh full power over PSD, and his getting law and order back up in PEI, and hopefully soon in Washington too"
Klockmann did also vote for PSD Undersheriff, PhantomPear as Mayor. But as everyone knows he got IRL problems, and then suddenly a late-ballot-election was up and Klockmann felt that its his duty to take the chance. Then he won the election, and wants to thank everyone who has supported him during his term, So he's sorry for not being more present.

Conclusion and promises
After all, we can conclude that Mayor Klockmann, did complete most of his promises to make the police work and more secure, and Klockmann will fund the PSD 200k bamboo, and be ready to give the next Mayor of PEI a chance.
- Funding PSD, and helping the adminstration and most importantly the Sheriff, will provide and help the organized police on #13 all i can. [COMPLETE]
- Alberton power, having a generator for the maincity. [COMPLETE]
- Public safety [Campaigning towards safety - example: Slow down!] [COMPLETE]
- Make more police-ish laws, to avoid criminal-gang-activities. [COMPLETE]
- Improve organised police in PSD. [COMPLETE]

fyi. im not removing the badge from my signature. It shows to say that PSD changed for the worse once they let me out because apparently i was garbage. The only sign of improvement i've seen is that you guys have a SERT, which is stupid because who the fuck only wants to respond to emergencies???? The worst thing is, not only have the officers not been trained enough in PVP to do things solo (an arrest for berries, obv needs 200 captains on), they aren't getting proper pay or items. When i was oversheriff, i was fucking on top of salary from when it was suggested. I helped the officers by giving them guns, armor, ect. Now it seems they've downgraded to a garbage bandit group that enforces the law, And apparently, no one can give me a proper reason as to how im "immature, abusive, and a bad leader" besides the fact that I FUCKING DEMOTED SOMEONE FOR NOT TAKING SHIT SERIOUSLY lmao. But still, i need a proper answer. My meeting with yoseph in discord went horribly, as he couldnt give me any proper reason as to why i was kicked. It seems yoseph just wanted to be in power.
