okay I said it before and I'll say it now you didn't get rid of the crime groups they got banned for example the crips leader Magnus sefron got banned towards the beginning of your term and only got unbanned after the reelections started. And as for the other groups I doubt they even play on the server anymore cause they all used to be on around my time and I haven't seen them since.
