Due to the unbalance of raiding in Unturned and how it's fucking broken, houses, even if fully destroyed can not be reclaimed. Staff, if no major improvements are placed back within 24 hours, the house goes up for sale. Overall I like this idea, and what about a feature for players to trade houses? I feel like I could make serious cash scamming selling houses.

-1 I love pandahut because you can do almost anything you want, and I hate Semi RP servers that make you buy houses from Staff, having this would make RP way too controlled by staff and If staff aren't on then no house for Little Billy

That's not how it works, you don't need any staff member on to purchase a property, you simply go to your chosen property and if it isn't already bought you do /buyhouse or w/e and you'll own the property, it's an automatic system, not manual via staff members actions.

Question : What happens if the house is raided? What if we have inactive owners who don’t go online however they technically still own the property?

Good question, if the house gets raided it's simply raided. As for the inactivity issue to be completely honest with you I have not tested the plugin therefore I am unaware if the feetime feature automatically takes money from you in order for you to keep owning the property or if you have to manually pay for it although there is no command to pay for your rent therefore it must take money automatically from you, therefore meaning inactive owners will lose money if they decide to ignore their property, although I can easily suggest a feature to the plugin owner to automatically put the property on sale again if the owner didn't log in for X days.

I have contacted the plugin owner to add a feature allowing roles such as the CEO's to sell properties to other players for their chosen price (if they currently own the property). If you have any other ideas please do post them. Maybe it'll also give CEO's a small % of the fee that players pay every X amount of time to own the property if the CEO previously owned the house and sold it to them.

That'd be up to the owners/RP head and whomever else decides to assist with setting the buy prices, although I'm personally thinking at a slightly high but not too high price as the owner will have to keep paying for the property every X amount of hours so there shouldn't be too high of an upfront cost but also high enough to ensure only those that need the property purchase them.

Would there also be a way that admins can put houses back up for sale, like if the houses get special raid rules, like they're still owned even if everything is destroyed, and there's a 24 hour period before an admin puts it back up for sale?

+1 and I have a very important reason why, seeing as if you buy a house it'd very much work like a Riegon minus the invincibility... I believe that if this is decided to be added how will this work alongside the current PandaHut/Bamboo system. Even if they do add this plugin I believe it could be a chance to add the Real Estate Idea from Hook... But that's my idea on the subject..
