Would say vote for Owl or Death as keeping PEI crime free is handled by PSD and Matt's success can be easily replicated if the PD keeps up the work, while Owl is willing to do things that the previous mayors recently haven't touched upon.

I restored Hawk's msg not sure why Shinobi deleted that one but Duke's msg was trying to start and argument and I have just deleted Jacob's for the same reason as Dukes.
