I suggest to add a rule that makes it so a victim with a hit on them cannot pay someone to bait the hitman or follow the hitman and find them, or do any of that without paying, vice versa for the hitman. Many times has claiming hits been so unfair for me as the player pays someone to come and find me, then either they tpa or they drive there
