Hey Pandas,

• Yoseph was found to have two votes coming from the same IP, one of which was removed.
• ShrewdShroud was found to have four votes coming from the same IP, two of which were removed.
• We have investigated allegations of Shrewd paying for votes, but found no conclusive evidence of such actions.

With that in mind, we announce ShrewdShroud as the new Mayor of Washington, by a heart-breaking margin of two votes.

Given the small vote margin that decided this ballot and some controversy regarding ShrewdShroud's proposals, we ask that all Staff Members be mindful of any law changes that may infringe our Roleplay Rules.
