The curent decay timer at 1 day or something, to me, seems too low. It's entirely possible that one day, someone cannot play. This is especially annoying when you have something that you spent time on.

It's understandable that the current decay timer can be frustrating for some players, although we have serious problems with an abnormal amount of building on our RP servers and unturned cannot sustain that many buildings leading to massive latency issues, therefore we have to do what's best to ensure our servers are still playable, this feature being one of the things we must have in place. We've had days where there was 5,000+ unique elements (structures/barricades) being placed within 24 hours, and a lot of these are by players that are inactive, hence why this has to be in place to ensure you guys can actually play on the servers. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause although we highly doubt this will be changed anytime soon unfortunately.

Well put there ragnaros. The current decay timer is 1 1/2 days due to some players coming onto our server, building stuff and then never coming back. We cannot have a large amount of these structures / entities on our servers.
