They need a warrant, or probable cause.
The bit where you're wearing a military grade helmet, body armor, or have PDW and grenade-sized bulges all over is plenty probable cause, though, and I'll be DAMNED if you can conceal a rifle or AA12 without it being all sorts of obvious.

Literally the worst idea I’ve ever seen besides bringing zombies back to rp. Let’s evalutate how this would be absolutely stupid.

1. So, there could be a lot of people online - they may have unlicensed weapons and could be recklessly driving. But I can’t ticket them because I’ve ticketed 5 other people.

2. The government would make no money - 60% of the ticket Money goes to the Mayor, if this was implemented the government wouldn’t make as much money resulting in extreme unrest and put PandaHut RP 10000% percent in criminals favor.

3. There is nothing wrong with the current system. It sounds like you’re just complaining because you were warranted and ticketed. Tickets are a maximum of 1000 bamboo. Get over it
