Good afternoon, citizens of PEI.
My plans, as of late, have spurned from close inquiries done by myself and my fellow Soviets. The PSD needs a definite overhaul with training, and maybe even a leadership change if they wish to be successful and stay as the more successful Law Enforcement presence on PEI. That being said, less that 35% of the money made will be sent to them. Only by improving will they earn anything more.
The Laws that I will change are as follows:

Section 6 - Traffic Law violations - By The Mayor!
1.1: Speeding is illegal.
1.2: Speed limit in cities is now 60 km/h
1.3: Speed limit out-of-cities is now: 80km/h
1.4: Speed limit on the conf.bridge is now: 100 km/h
1.5: Officers will control/enforce this by driving behind the vehicle, and driving the speed limit. If the vehicle in front of the police, cannot be caught up to, they are allowed to pull the driver over and give the driver a ticket for speeding.

2.1.1: Reckless driving is illegal.
-2.1.2: Reckless driving is considered driving in the wrong lane (the left side is the wrong one, or crashing into something or someone.)

3.1.1: Drunk driving/Narcotic/Berry Driving is illegal.
3.1.2: Officers can control this by pulling the driver over. Then the police can force the civilian to do a test, to go straight in a line. If failed, he will be issued a ticket - and cannot drive until the effect is gone

This will be removed, as their is no real way to prove that said person is speeding or under the influence.

7.0 Rioting and protesting are only legal if you have gained a demonstration permit from the Mayor. If an illegal protest or riot happens, officers can arrest/ticket the rioters for disturbing the peace.
7.1. If the demonstration turns violent in any way, the permitted demonstration will be shut down, and the leaders of the protest will hold responsibility for the damage.
7.3 Recent terrorist attacks in P.E.I. by armed militia has prompted the mayor’s office to ban all military vehicles of all types. Anyone caught in a vehicle will have the vehicle confiscated and possibly destroyed and arrest on suspicion of terrorism.

Rioting/Protesting will be allowed. It is your given right to stand up for what you believe and show your discontent with those who are leading you.

The following will be added to the Laws:
One Way Glass is prohibited to be placed on bases.
If a base is found with one way glass, it will be search warranted. If the owner of said base does not comply with the warrant, a Police Raid will be enforced.

You're right, I do run a crime syndicate. The Police and PSD have failed to do anything to stop us, and to me I find that extremely pathetic. Think of this as a charity. For one month, you'll be free of the PKGB.
